What are we looking for? We seek high-calibre people prepared to gradually learn our business from the bottom up, initially joining our graduate programme which will provide high quality mentoring opportunities and exposure to all aspects of our operation, before specialising at a later stage.

You will have graduated within the last 5 years with at least a 2:2 degree classification. Ideally, you will already have been able to build on these academic foundations by adding some practical business or manufacturing experience with demonstrable success. We are happy to consider graduates from a range of degree disciplines, though clearly a relevant degree is likely to prove beneficial.
