A strong commercial negotiator who can demonstrate a high level of achievement in their current role is a pre-requisite for these key positions. Supported by an excellent team you will have the ‘hands-on’ challenge of further developing a segment of our customer base to meet tough commercial targets.

Industry knowledge is desirable. In touch with customers and the marketplace, you will have the personal qualities and resilience that instil confidence and achieve results. You must have vision, the capability to develop sales and improve the bottom line in an aggressive marketplace, coupled with the ability to realise your own ambitions.

You must be passionate about what you do, an ambitious, straightforward, honest communicator who conveys enthusiasm, energy and a strong work ethic, and who can clearly connect with the customers. Implicitly commercial, you will have a real feel for the impact of your strategies, leveraged through a numeric, bottom line approach.
